Health is simply about good HABITs VS bad HABITs.
Some HABITs are conscious. Yet, others are unconscious. The more conscious one is of their HABITs,
the more one can develop HABITs that get the results they desire.
And/or, reduce or eliminate HABITs that are detrimental. The less conscious of HABITs one is, the longer poor HABITs persist.
The 1% Principle states that a 1% improvement, or regression, per day creates significant results in time.
This produces the Compound Effect. Health, or suffering,
is the result of daily, weekly HABITs, not over-night transformations or catastrophes.
One’s health is a lagging measure of HABITs and symptoms are a lagging measure of neglect.
Every HABIT action is a 1% vote that forms one’s self-identity over time
Ultimately, one has to determine if the focus is on what one wants to have VS who one wishes to become.
